Second major tenant for " Hochtief Projektentwicklung Forum am Hirschgarten"

"Müller Boré & Partner", a law firm which exists already over 100 years, relinquish their headquarters at "Ostbahnhof" which was used for many years and moves into a project development at "Hirschgarten" with 3000 m² office space. Essential for this decision was the most modern house technology with cooling and ventilation as well as the architecture of the Munich Office Allmann Sattler Wappner. With this, already a second a major law firm besides Epping Hermann decided to move to this new location in Munich. The counsellors of IGENUS Immobilien were able to operate successfully considering that the previous lease contract ran over 15 years.

The "Forum am Hirschgarten" offers a large-scale retail area on the ground floor with numerous shops which ensures the infrastructural supply of the whole quarter. The public transfer connection to the city centre is ensured by the new built station " Hirschgarten".
