World Food Programme of the United Nations leases 2,700 m² via IGENUS Immobilien

The leasing of the ASAM URBAN OFFICE was managed by IGENUS Immobilien on an exclusive mandate. The scope of the contract included the support of the conception, the marketing and the leasing. With the World Food Programme, a renowned tenant was found 17 months before completion, who will occupy the entire building for 10 years. We are very pleased to have been able to accompany this user for the second time in its search for space and wish it every success in its new premises.
