Another 1,045 m² leased in Tech Lab Sendling

An owner-managed pathology laboratory has secured 1,045 m² of office and laboratory space in our Tech Lab Sendling property, which we manage on an exclusive leasing basis. The property is being converted in accordance with the user's wishes and meets all the requirements for modern and contemporary laboratory space. Expressions of interest have already been received for the remaining available space, so we expect full occupancy by the beginning of 2022 at the latest.
