In the former residential building of the architect Emanuel von Seidl, IGENUS Immobilien GmbH & Co.KG rented out a great office floor to a renowned tax office. The richly structured group building in a corner location from the years 1897/98 was convincing. In terms of urban planning, the villa is linked to the neighboring Paulskirche church, a great location in the best neighborhood.
