Tech Lab - a success story in Sendling

Within the framework of an exclusive leasing contract, IGENUS accompanied the repositioning of around 5,000 m² in the Tech Lab in Sendling for KGAL. A clear target group definition was used to address the appropriate user groups and acquire them for the building. We are pleased that Agile Robots has opted for a further 1,000 m² in the building. Agile Robots is the only unicorn worldwide in the field of robotics. Due to the special features of the building with a multifunctional use with high payloads, freight elevators and a laboratory infrastructure, all needs can be ideally implemented.
