Social enterprise leases over 1,000 m² in Sendling

For the Doblinger Group the second lease in Sendling with over 1,000 m² has already been brokered this year. The user is an aid organization operating throughout Germany. A long-term tenancy agreement with a term of 10 years was concluded.
