News of the "Moosach" train station

After the company Bucher Properties successfully completed project M00//3, a mixed-use project of business hotels, office spaces and medical practises as well as retail units on the ground floor, on "Bunzlauer Straße" at the end of 2011, the development of the southern end of Bunzlauer Place was on the agenda. With completing this area, the last gap on this location would be closed and the location quality would be improved significantly. In context of an architectural competition organized by CA Immo, the company "yes architecture" won the competition and was allowed to start planning a mixed usage of Hotels, retail units and a car park. The draft includes a hotel, which is 25 meters high, parallel to "Gleistrasse", as well as a shopping centre which is situated at the east of the location. The implementation will be performed by Pletschacher Projektentwicklung GmbH & Co. KG.
