After a long-standing tenancy in the Spectrum, we assisted Mitsui Rail Capital Europe GmbH within the scope of an exclusive consulting mandate in optimizing the space and repositioning in the building up to the conclusion of a new lease agreement. The MRCE Group, the largest lessor of locomotives in Central Europe, is now looking forward to a new start in familiar surroundings.
