IGENUS finds new location for the headquarters of a well-known health care group

We had the privilege of assisting a Bavarian healthcare group with a focus on psychosomatics, internal medicine and orthopedics in its search for a new location for its headquarters. In the course of our mandate, the requirements of the family-run company in terms of location, space and budget were recorded and the market was sounded out in a structured manner. The company is now pleased with its new location with a total of approx. 1,220 m² in Schwabing, which convinces above all through individuality, efficiency and representation.
