Largest leasing success 2021 in Grünwald - brokered by IGENUS -

A privately owned investment consulting firm leases 1,254 m² in Grünwald on a long-term basis through IGENUS consultants. The leasing of the representative office villa in Südliche Münchner Straße was exclusively managed by us, thus we were able to broker the largest contract in this submarket in 2021. The owner is a well-known project developer based in Grünwald. We thank all parties for the good and trustful cooperation.
