The ensemble "Forum am Hirschgarten" next to Munich's "S-Bahn Stammstrecke" has found another major tenant. A software company, which mostly works in the media industry, rents about 1.000 sqm and will be user of efficient office spaces and of most modern housing technology. The rental process was successfully accompanied by IGENUS Immobilien.
