A provider for technological services decided to rent 1600m² in "Taufkirchen"

The office building "Cube 2/4" in Taufkirchen (Munich) added a new tenant:  In order of the landlord IGENUS Immobilien rent out the office space, which contains 1600 m² to Framos GmbH. Framos GmbH is a technological company, specialized on the development and distribution of digital image processing programmes. The relocation will take place in late autumn,  the current location of the company will be moved 10 kilometres further to Taufkirchen. The rental agreement has a period of 10 years.

Dimitri Lutov ( an owner representative) states: " The recent renting confirms our strategy to invest into the condition of the property to continuously improve the quality of the building. This took place between Fall 2011 and at the end of 2012. The revitalization of the objects included foyer, stairway and communal areas, modernisation of facades and the exchange of windows. The letting rate of the objects tends to be at 90 %.

This contract conclusion was already the fourth rental in this object which was operated by IGENUS Immobilien.
