DKB Bank rents a new office in cooperation with the consultants of IGENUS Immobilien

The “DKB Bank” was looking for an alternative, instead of the current long-term location in the west of Munich. The central Facility Management assigned exclusively IGENUS Immobilen with this task. In context of a structured selective process, a suitable property was identified, which successfully lead to the conclusion of a rental agreement.
