The Art District is filling up - so far more than 35,000 m² leased by IGENUS Immobilien in the city quarter

Adesso SE, for which we have an exclusive mandate, has once again expanded its current space and now occupies over 12,300 m² in the New Eastside developed by the Optima Aegidius Group. The space has now been handed over and expanded by Adesso SE with a New Work concept. We wish continued success. With this expansion, IGENUS Immobilien has so far leased more than 35,000 m² in the new Art District, among others to Adesso, Noventi Healthcare, IG Metall administration and ZITIS in Neo Baumkirchen.
