The „Forum am Hirschgarten“ is filling up: 7.000 sqm are rented

With “AES Aerospace Embedded Solutions GmbH”, a subsidiary company of the MTU Group, specialized on the development of electronic control system for aircraft turbines, IGENUS Immobilien implemented another rental agreement with over 3000 sqm of office and laboratory space. With this, IGENUS Immobilien rented overall 7.000 sqm out at this property.
