Allianz Real Estate earns a new tenant with over 1800 sqm

A company, which is active in the entertainment industry, rents for its back-office around 1.800 sqm at Munich's area “Au”. With this deal, we made it possible to lease the spaciously renovated office area including a roof terrace of the landlord Allianz Real Estate. IGENUS Immobilien exclusively accompanied the company during the search for a new location.
