In the Westend, the consultants of IGENUS Immobilien assist in finding new premises. A renowned tax office leaves the city center office near Sendlinger-Tor-Platz and moves into a great office with approx. 300 m² in Hansapark. The modern impression and the very good price-performance ratio have convinced here from the beginning. Likewise, the consultants of IGENUS Immobilien supported a nursing service in its leasing decision. The care service will open its new location in Munich at the beginning of 2022, and other branches already exist in Germany. We are pleased that we were able to achieve the first leasing successes in a short time together with the owner in very good cooperation. Two further areas are still up for disposal, here we are optimistic too, the ongoing talks are very promising at the moment.
