5,384 m² Biotech Company leases Life Science Office from Aventin Real Estate

Within the framework of an exclusive consulting mandate, IGENUS Real Estate advised the German subsidiary of one of the world's leading providers of R&D and production services in the pharmaceutical and health care industries on the lease of 5,384 m² of office and laboratory space. State-of-the-art S1 and S2 standard laboratory and office space is being built on a 4,200 sqm site in Gräfelfing, close to the Munich city limits and the "Biotechnology Innovation Center" in Martinsried. We are extremely pleased that 50% of the rental space was already placed on a long-term basis at the start of construction. Move-in is planned for 2024.
